Do Suffer From Asthma
Do you suffer from asthma? Did you know there is an alternative to that nasty medicine?
Every time you breathe out, you lose water. It’s about a quart of water every day, breathed out of your body. In cold climates, you can see it in the winter time, when you breathe, as a mist coming out of your nose and mouth. That is the invisible water vapor that is a by-product of your breathing. If you can imagine hanging wet clothes on a clothes line to be dried by the wind, they dry much more quickly that if the wind is absent. When you breathe, you create a wind, too, which can be very drying to the lungs if you don’t drink enough water. The delicate membranes that pick up oxygen and give off carbon dioxide would quickly become brittle and dry unless they are supplied with sufficient water.
As the water supply diminishes, histamine is given off by the body. Histamine is a neurotransmitter that regulates the body’s water supply. When internal water is scarce, histamine increases causing smooth muscle to contract. The bronchial tubes and tubules in your lungs are smooth muscle. The contraction is an attempt to reduce the water loss from the lungs so the lungs don’t dry out. This process is what the medical profession calls asthma. In asthmatics, higher histamine levels try to prevent further water loss from the lungs. In a response to dehydration, mucus can form covering the drying membranes in an effort to conserve what water is left.
If you give an asthmatic two large glasses of water to drink when the wheezing first becomes apparent, but before an attack, and let it circulate to get to the lungs, you will probably notice that the wheezing lessens as the lungs become hydrated. Providing asthmatics with adequate amounts of water, particularly Kangen alkaline, ionized water on a constant basis will probably reduce and eventually eliminate symptoms as the lungs remain hydrated. The smaller water particle size allows for faster and more efficient absorption so that the water arrives where it is needed as quickly as possible. Perhaps Kangen alkaline, anti-oxidant, micro-clustered water could be the best natural asthma preventative there is. For more information...www.usahealthywater.com
