LBI Activity

For several months now I have been harping about the level of activity for sales and rentals on Long Beach Island. The numbers tell the story. Several Agencies are reporting that sales activity on the Island is up somewhere in the vicinity of 50% from the same period last year. I am happy to report that it is even higher at my Company. Average and median prices for homes is up quite nicely also. I am finding it increasingly difficult to find the right home for buyers and I expect that to be the case going forward. Mortgage rates continue to fuel the fire and I don't see that changing any time soon. Rentals are at a record high so it looks like a busy season all around for the Island. As usual...a word to the wise.
