The Ship Bottom real estate market, like many other areas of the LBI real estate market saw a drop in activity in 2018. In total there were 66 transactions of all property types including single family homescondominiumsmulti-family homesvacant land and commercial real estate. The average price of a Ship Bottom single family home home came in right around $800,000 but the 66 closed sales in 2018 was a big drop from the 82 seen in 2017.
