Recent events on the political front are creating a fair amount of uncertainty about where the economy is headed in the near term. The trade and tariff situation is at this time creating a negative impact on the financial markets and may ultimately impact the  willingness and ability of certain buyers to pull the trigger. The good news is that mortgage rates continue to be very attractive and should continue to a motivating factor. I believe that all of the noise will sort itself out but we will see a fair amount of volatility in the near term but it will work itself out eventually and create a healthy environment.
