Why you should list your home in wintertime

I just finished reading some reports that indicate that you have a better chance to sell your home in the winter, then the summer, which is the opposite of what many people think.

And you ask WHY? Could be because so many people wait for the "better selling season", or so they thought. There may be less competition for your home in the winter then in the summer.

So, don't twiddle your thumbs and wait for "better times". Get you home listed now, because if you don't and you see the house down the street sell, while you waited, you will not be happy with your decision to wait.

With the holidays are over now is the time to list.
